Unemployment In America

According to the U.S. Department of Labor, there are around 31 million people currently unemployed.

Below is a very sobering picture of the way unemployment has gripped America. ”The Decline: The Geography of a Recession” below, was created by labor writer LaToya Egwuekwe. LaToya took the labor statistics since 2007, and broke it down county-by-county across the US.
