These are the three modules of The Job Search Boot Camp Webcast which begins TOMORROW (Feb. 18th). The steps to get a job is easy. The work to get a job using the steps are more difficult. However, sitting idly by for months without a paycheck is far more difficult.
We begin with the READY module - Ready yourself/Ready your Resume. We teach you the tools to update your resume from a “responsibility-based resume” to a “accomplishments-based resume”. We then continue our journey to the AIM module - AIM your Job Search. By using proven techniques to increase your number of interviews, you’ll see results quicker and easier.

Our third night is a very exciting module - the GET HIRED module. During this module, we teach you the techniques to ACE the interview and negotiate for 10%-30% more in compensation. The GET HIRED module is the backbone of getting a job. If you don’t do well in the interview, you won’t get the job. The hiring manager will make a “hire/no-hire” decision within the first 10 seconds of meeting you. Will you operate at a deficit, or will you form a “hire” opinion in those first few seconds?

Finally, you’ll learn the tact, tools, and timing to negotiate more salary. How do you answer the questions like “what are your salary requirements?” We know how, and we can teach you. Earning 10%, 20%, or 30% more in salary will far exceed what you invest in this 3-evening program.
