Yes, Absolutely, Get On LinkedIn

Yesterday, two different clients asked me if they should get on LinkedIn. My answer, of course, was, “Yes, absolutely.” I’m a big believer in using LinkedIn to do research and stay in touch in a soft way with your network. It’s also a huge resource for recruiters these days. Many of my clients report having been contacted by recruiters as a result of their profile on LinkedIn. I guess this isn’t surprising since LinkedIn claims that more than 40% of the Fortune 500 are using the site as their primary recruiting resource.
